Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, Netlify Forms receives your name, email address, topic, message and any organization name you provide. Rollin Throttle uses this information to answer your inquiry and manage relevant business correspondence. Notifications are sent to sales@rollinthrottle.com through our existing GoDaddy email service. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Attachments are not accepted.
Spam and manual retention
We use Netlify Forms’ spam filtering and a hidden honeypot field. Drew reviews and deletes spam monthly. Closed routine inquiries are manually deleted from Netlify and the email mailbox after 90 days. Messages needed for active projects or ongoing business records are retained as needed. These are manual tasks, not automated deletion.
Hosting and content services
Netlify hosts this website and processes technical information needed to serve and secure it, including network requests, IP addresses and browser information. See Netlify’s privacy statement. Sanity provides our editorial content service and serves published photographs. Website inquiry submissions do not go to Sanity.
Cookies, analytics and external links
This website does not run analytics or advertising tags or use browser storage to track visitors. Fonts are served with the website. YouTube, Spotify and social links open external services with their own privacy practices. No video or podcast player is embedded. Direct email opens your email app.
Optional route maps
Route maps load only when you open them. Map tiles are requested directly from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Those requests share your IP address, browser information and this website’s origin, and identify the map areas you view. Your browser caches tiles normally. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. You can read the itinerary and download the GPX without opening a map. We do not request your device location.
No checkout or customer accounts
This website does not offer merchandise checkout, payment processing, customer accounts or online booking. Historical articles may refer to past commercial activity. We preserve business records separately from this website.
Your information
To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or request deletion, contact sales@rollinthrottle.com. We may need to retain correspondence needed for active projects or ongoing business records.
